Udon Offices

Granier Offices

From a disused industrial space to the epicenter of the company. This project has transformed a cold and uncomfortable loft into fully equipped offices for working, sharing and growing. A space that was previously on the sidelines has now become the heart of Granier.

The original industrial atmosphere is combined with warm materials and comfort solutions to create a functional and welcoming environment. Natural light, sound insulation and a layout that encourages collaboration make these offices a space where you want to be. Calafell Town Hall Offices

Recovering spaces to transform the way we work. This project has given new life to unused areas of Calafell City Council , converting them into comfortable and fully operational offices. Spaces that were previously unused due to their lack of comfort have now been transformed into places where you want to work.

Thermal adaptation with new insulation, the incorporation of sound-absorbing materials and warm lighting have been key to achieving an optimal environment. Natural materials and warm tones provide warmth and well-being, making these offices a more human, efficient and pleasant space. A refuge in the offices: rest spaces on the Mundet Campus

Within the Barcelona Provincial Council, at Campus Mundet , we have created a space designed for rest, encounters and informal meetings. A place where each person can find their ideal corner: from spaces for calm and disconnection to areas designed for sharing and collaborating.

The ergonomics of the furniture guarantee maximum comfort, while the diversity of environments allows you to adapt to the needs of each moment. Sustainable and healthy materials have been used, with special attention to acoustic quality and environmental well-being. FSC certified natural wood is present in flooring, furniture and coverings, combined with warm and welcoming lighting. The plant elements not only provide freshness, but also contribute to air quality by filtering harmful particles.

Furthermore, the relationship with the outside has been key in the design: nature enters the space, taking advantage of solar gains in winter and ensuring total protection in summer. The facades have been optimized to minimize energy losses, and the facilities have been designed with efficiency criteria to reduce consumption and improve thermal comfort.
